General description

This old farmhouse, with foundations from the 13th century, was once the home of the attorney of the French king Louis Philippe. The current residents have experienced this beautiful domain in symbiosis with nature around. There is 34 ha, of which 7 ha of forest, 8 ha of plants with truffle oaks (currently in full production) and pasture. Different sources fill the ponds from which the truffle trees are sprayed if necessary. The house has cozy, bright living spaces. A well-equipped kitchen, lounge with fireplace, desk and dining room (currently used as a billiard room). On the first floor are 4 bedrooms with shower and sink, 1 large bedroom and a large bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and double sink. The entire attic can still be used for further decoration. At the bottom of the house several cellars with access both inside and outside. On the right-hand side of the house, an old stone building was furnished as a large living room with a fireplace and a mezzanine, also with a kitchen. A little further on the site is a beautiful typical "pigeonnier" and an old bread oven. Further on a hangar for storage of material and workshop. Via the pigonnier is a path that goes to a rock with springs and old rock houses. The springs further open into two large ponds.
